Pros: I first used Riverside as a guest on someone else's podcast, and was won over by the ease of use. When I launched my own podcast, I selected Riverside partly for that and partly for the audio quality. Cons: On rare occasions, it has taken one or two goes to get up and running smoothly with a guest, but there's every chance that is something to do with the guest's technical setup.
